and since then, mostly it cannot shut down lor...

wat the... why the ppl there so damn cacat-ed wan?? hmm i think u should've gotten the girl's name. then next time u call, just ask for her, since by reading ur post i figured that she is the one who can clarify more compared to the rest.. that's the first step u should take: get the girl's name.
hmm i think they told u b4 that ur baby mite not be able to support vista rite? so its not entirely their fault la. i think the most u can do is ask them to install a free windowsXP for u. even if its ciplak. i dun think u wanna spend some more to get a new windowsXP rite?
hmmm my advice is, next time think triple times b4 u plan to get the latest tech/gadget.. cuz there's always a set back such as glitches, viruses etc.
